When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, email address, optional company name, enquiry category and message. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are kept by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.

Enquiry data is used solely to respond to you and manage the resulting conversation or project. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Storage & Retention
Enquiries are delivered to our company mailbox and recorded in our internal enquiry log. We retain them as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted.

What We Use
We use only essential browser storage: a single session flag that remembers whether you have already seen the opening title animation, so it does not replay on every page. This is stored in your browser's session storage, is never transmitted to us, and is deleted when you close the tab.
Third Parties
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, and embedded videos (where present) are served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set advertising cookies before playback. If analytics are introduced in future, this policy and a consent mechanism will be updated first.
